Always great service. Towards the end of the day it sometimes is a little slow but the ladies are always friendly and knowledgeable. The men sometimes are ehh.
Just went to waive a OD fee, the rep was very nice and fast in refunding me of my stupid mistake.. 5/5!!
Worked with them on a mortgage before the merger with Old National. They were responsive and good to work with. Only reason we didnt use them is that we got better rates elsewhere. Not sure what the experience is now post merger.
