I read someone's review of not being able to call and speak to an actual person. I had the same experience yesterday---- I called multiple branches and got the same message at each. (All workers were busy). So today I went to my nearest branch. It was dead---no other customers besides me. When I got back to my car, I decided to call. I got the same message of them being too busy. So, it's true--- you really can't speak to a person by phone (at least not by the number given by google maps). I had the pleasure of meeting an opening a 5 month CD at a great rate today with Kristina Kostka the branch Manager at the Cottage Grove Road branch. She was very knowledgeable, friendly as well as well spoken on financial investments. We discussed the different options for CD's such as length, rate and what I was looking to accomplish with the investment. If you need some financial direction stop and see her and I am sure she can find a right fit for you as well.
Bill Huemmer is unprofessional and disgraceful. His demeanor is rude and arrogant. Plenty of other places to get a mortgage with better service.
