Bill Huemmer is unprofessional and disgraceful. His demeanor is rude and arrogant. Plenty of other places to get a mortgage with better service.
Really struggled with providing timely and correct information for my elderly parents and their financials with ONB. It would take 5 plus business days to acquire information that elder law attorneys would need for proper documentation of the financials and on more than one occasion I had to call another ONB branch to gather the proper information . Very Frustrating and time consuming
The staff at Old National Bank on Cottage Grove Road in Madison Wisconsin is wonderful. They are personable, helpful, patient, professional, and kind. They have helped me with my personal banking needs and as the Treasurer of a non-profit organization. I cannot say enough about how great they are. I would highly recommend banking at this branch. Also, I have found Old National Bank to be a great company to bank with. Their app is very easy to use. I have never had an issue with accuracy. I put my trust in Old National!!
