The people at this branch were outstanding! Every associate and the manager were very friendly and helpful. Last fall we visited the branch on beltline ave to try and resolve an issue with a deceased family members account and they did not have a clue on how to handle it. We came away from there with no results and lots of inaccurate information on additional documentation they said that we needed. Had a great experience working with Sarah B. She was always quick to respond to questions that I had, her information was spot on with no room for misunderstandings, and she was so friendly from start to finish. Sarah even sent me a text message as I was walking into the title company to say that if I had any questions, she would be by her phone to help expedite the process. I could not have asked for a better person to work with.
I applied for a loan for a house a month ago, and also applied for a program that cover down payments, I had everything ready and suddenly my application stopped and didn’t go through, I had to switch to a better bank where I had the best time, LMCU, was fast and easy. Why is this bank spewing evangelical Christian content at the rear of their building? As a person of Jewish faith it makes me feel unwelcome. Heard this as I was visiting Panera bread next door. Find it shameful that companies are pushing singular religious agendas.
