They closed my account without ANY notice to me! No call. No text. Not even an email! Having NO idea that my account had been closed I set up to have my tax check placed in my Old National Bank account. I called my card on Saturday to check my balance and see if my tax check had hit. The automated system would not acknowledge my info. Kept telling me it doesn't match the info on file. After waiting all weekend I call the bank and see what's wrong. Not sure how to express how angry I am at this situation in banking but I closed the only account I had there which was checking. No one helped me solve the theft problem that stole over $5000. Of my money that I disputed. And there was money missing constantly that I was unsure of constantly. That kind of fear in banking should never be.
They are very friendly and I have been using this bank for many years . I would recommend this bank over any other.
