Too many fees
I called like I have before, I didn’t have any problems the first time I called. I called because I wanted to know how much I had in my account because my mobile account login isn’t working and I wanted to schedule to come in and get that fixed so I can get a working login after being told how much was on my card. The lady on the call wouldn’t tell me because she said she needed to know my social security number, I don’t have it memorized or have it on hand with me.
