Not happy with the in person or over the phone customer service. Will be closing all accounts! Was on hold for 45 minutes then hung up on?!
They held my ck for more than 9 days refused that they were wrong and now the Customer pays...emergency case.corp can't reach
My husband and I have been using Old National Bank for two decades. Back when it was Anchor bank we went there for our business and personal banking needs because we wanted personalized service. We like the idea of supporting a local bank and love the fact a real person answers the phone. We have had great service and would highly recommend this bank!
