I recently visited a friend here while she is recovering from a major ankle surgery. This particular facility’s website describes it as a “high end luxurious, resort type” facility. It is a short term rehab. Upon entering, the layout is pleasing to the eye and directions to the rooms are well marked and easy to find. The patient rooms are large with an exceptional nice bathroom. My mother was placed at Old Mill Rehab and had a wonderful experience, so I knew where I wanted to go when it was my turn to do rehab. And they did not let me down. The staff is wonderful, the facility is beautiful and the food is good. My PT Hailey and OT Missy got me ready to go home and the Nursing staff and CNAs were excellent. After 7 months of continuous hospitalization and 3 other rehab facilities I had anxiety over going to yet another rehab facility that i had heard very little about. Much to my surprise, the PT and OT staff (Michelle, Missy) who worked with me daily helped me regain my strength and independence. Their colleagues were supportive and encouraging. We had a close friend sent here by Medicare after an extensive back surgery. It was ok until they overdosed her and she had to be rushed to the hospital. Complete lack of attention to detail and sloppy medical practices. This place should be shut down! I will be suggesting that our friend sue them.

My mother was here for almost 2 months after falling at home. I live out of state and all of the staff from therapy to administration to the nursing department were so helpful and kind. She was not able to return to her own home and they assisted her and I from afar on finding her the right assisted living. She is now doing so well, I can't thank the team enough for all of the care and help to my mother and our family.
