After 7 months of continuous hospitalization and 3 other rehab facilities I had anxiety over going to yet another rehab facility that i had heard very little about. Much to my surprise, the PT and OT staff (Michelle, Missy) who worked with me daily helped me regain my strength and independence. Their colleagues were supportive and encouraging. We had a close friend sent here by Medicare after an extensive back surgery. It was ok until they overdosed her and she had to be rushed to the hospital. Complete lack of attention to detail and sloppy medical practices. This place should be shut down! I will be suggesting that our friend sue them.

My mother was sent here after significant heart surgery and was required to wear a life vest post surgery. The facility claimed they were equipped to handle patients with them but they are not. Medical orders are not followed. My mother was supposed to be weighed daily. Did not happen. Medication was forced on her one night even though it was at patient's request and there were medication mix-ups. Everything lags there. Some nurses are generally traveling nurses without the required knowledge to meet minimum expectations.... read more

Do not I repeat do not bring your loved one to this place! It’s by far the worst. These residents mean nothing to the staff. Their cell phones are what they care about. The residents are dirty, rooms are dirty, and when they have to call for a nurse with call light it takes them over 30 minutes to respond. I feel bad for every resident here as I know they aren’t being taken care of and with my loved one she is declining in health all around. My mother was here for almost 2 months after falling at home. I live out of state and all of the staff from therapy to administration to the nursing department were so helpful and kind. She was not able to return to her own home and they assisted her and I from afar on finding her the right assisted living. She is now doing so well, I can't thank the team enough for all of the care and help to my mother and our family.
