After having a unexpectedly horrible experience at a local bike shop, I reached out to Old Mill Pine to see if they could help me find a bicycle for my son. Chris (and the rest of the staff) was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for, and gave me information on what they were expecting to get soon and in the Fall. OMP is one of my favorite small businesses in Northeast, PA. The service and employees are top notch, they make you feel like you are family and are open 7 days a week‼️ I took a Stihl weed whacker there to be fixed and they had it ready within 12 hours. They are beyond reasonable, can fix anything and are true to their customers. I just discovered OMP after living in the valley 40 years and I won't shop anywhere else for Stihl, Trek or home hardware. I was extremely disappointed that their employees were talking to customers without wearing a mask. They both had a mask around their necks, but were not using them. I shopped there for 15 years, because I felt I was supporting a local business, and they provided good service.
