By far the worst management company I have ever had to deal with. I have been dealing with Danielle mostly and not only does she lack empathy but I have also caught her in several lies. Every time she is confronted by someone and has no response she resorts to hanging up the phone or transferring the call to voicemail. She also somehow is always too busy to talk to tenants. Gd knows how a low to middle management level person can be too busy to talk on the phone for 30 secs for 2+ days. Our apartment lost power for 2+ days. ... read more
