An mazing community full of even more AMAZING people with HUGE hearts!!
In major flood plain/zone. Owner of this park is neglectful. Roads have many potholes, laundry room is inoperable, landscape maintenance is much needed and lack of lighting throughout the park ... parking is a problem! Owner has ghosted the park community when park flooded and left mass amounts of mud on the streets. Residents have pleaded with owner to clean up the park. On a positive note, the residents are friendly and care about their neighbors!
