Our furnace went out 2 days before Christmas many years ago and it was very cold. Not only did they find up a new furnace they installed it Christmas Eve. These gentlemen are fantastic and are very professional. We also called them last year b/c our a/c unit was acting up. It was something very minor that they walked me thru over the phone. I recommend them all the time and will continue to use them.
When our AC failed during 3 days of temperatures in the 90's, this company responded quickly, resolved the problem and called us several times to be sure the system was functioning properly. These folks demonstrate what customer service really means; in addition their work ethic and committment to service and several generations of experience really set them apart from others. You'll be very surprised to see the difference.
