I do not like to leave bad reviews, but this has to be one of the worst experiences I have encountered, especially running a buisness myself and knowing how important customers are. I am not from the area but my family used this floral shop in the past, and was very happy with their arrangements that she wanted to continue buisness with them. I had a disappointing experience with Boho Bloom and, in my opinion, the situation reflects a lack of integrity in how they conduct business. I placed an order through their website after confirming that the delivery town I selected was listed as within their service area. Based on that, I expected the arrangement to be designed and delivered by Boho Bloom. Instead, my order was outsourced to a different local florist without my knowledge or consent.
