After a recent storm, we found that our roof need repair, Old Mill Construction came out quickly to access the situation and was able to repair it's quickly and efficiently and helped us avoid a total repair. His prices were excellent and service was extraordinary. He was quick to get everything done and exceeded our expectations. They also do construction and remodeling so we will be calling them for a quote for that soon as well! Really honest and stand-up company, so easy to work with.
Robert and his team have worked on a number of my client's roofs throughout the years and one thing is for sure, it is quality work and it lasts. He does not accept anything that is not perfection and you get your money's worth. He is transparent and honest. He communicates before, during and after the transaction to make sure you are satisfied with the work. Robert with Old Mill Construction, recently replaced my roof that was leaking. He found structural issues and was able to repair those issues as well. His combinations of licenses made him knowledgeable and qualified to replace the roof and fix the structural problems. He was quick and courteous. He helped me negotiate with the insurance company and explained every step. I would definitely use him for any future construction needs as well as refer him to my family and friends if the need should ever arise.
