We are a limited service events venue. With capabilities to host parties from 2 to 300. The Garden Complex can host smaller events under 80 people. It has it's own courtyard and climate controlled 1250 sf space. The Madera room is 5000 sf and good for parties, lectures, concerts and other events limited to 166 people.

My daughters baby shower was short from being perfect. There was a storm the night before and the patio was not swept or cleaned for guest who wanted to sit outside yo enjoy the beautiful view. The tables inside to use for food were dirty, the legs of all the tables had dirt and grass. We approached the manager who was rude to some degree and gave us nothing but excuses and table cloths to cover the tables. The price we paid for the hall was not worth it. Had a large party for cousins and this venue was absolutely perfect. Cool, rustic/western themed setting with amazing views as the property is on a hill. We had dinner catered in the Madera Room which was elegant yet comfortable. Would highly recommend this venue for family gatherings, weekend getaways, small weddings, etc.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting the MayPearl Events (formerly Old Maypearl Road Event Center) at 3485 Old Maypearl Rd, Waxahachie, TX, and I was absolutely blown away by the transformation it has undergone under its new management. Attended a party hosted by the owner at Old Maypearl Road Events Center. Food and service was great, and the views atop the hill were fantastic. Place would be great for large or small parties.
Attended an event here and it was wonderful. The venue is beautiful (don’t miss the sunset!!), the food was excellent and the service was fabulous. Highly recommend for your next event, big or small!
