I would not go to Nancy Waters. The counseling is affordable, but she didn't really hold a strong grasp on the kind of help that I needed. She would frequently yawn during our sessions. She would check the clock frequently. She really wanted to get through the part where the client talked so she could draw diagrams on the whiteboard. Once I went in there and the whiteboard hadn't been cleaned from the session before and she was drawing the SAME DIAGRAMS for them. I highly DO NOT recommend this counseling center especially with Nancy Waters. She was assigned to counsel my ex-husband who was abusive to me and my children. We had documented pictures and reports of the abuse. She told the court that she didn't feel like he had anger issues. He is a charismatic manipulator. His psychological test from another psychologist even proved abusive tendencies and narcissistic behaviors. I saw Nancy Waters at Old Louisville Counseling Center for about 2 years. I absolutely loved my experience. Her inspiring words still help me years later.
