I don’t live around the corner, but stop in when I can for a cut. There is something to be said for having confidence in where you spend your money. I know I am going to get a great cut every time, I don’t hope, I know.

Always get my every 6 months haircut at both locations. Always satisfied. Quick and easy
Usually go to the other location which is reservation only. They can only book out two weeks out though. No problem I wanted to come in first thing Saturday, I check their website and it says walk in only. They neglect to mention that they start taking waitlist online prior to opening. So instead of being first I wasn’t seen(ain’t no one got time for that crowd). I have been a loyal customer to this company for over a decade but with how extremely difficult it is to get a cut, I won’t be back.
Great atmosphere and professional attitude with great results. Sadly, after being a loyal customer for 6 years, I've had to dock 3 stars. I arrived 15 min after they opened and there was a 6 -7 hour wait with no walk-ins welcome. This is the third time this happened, yet it's reported not to be busy when first opening. Goodbye OLB... 😢
