The muffins
Have always liked this place but just got home with 2 hot lattes: my request for both was “no foam” yet in both had 2 1/2”-3” of airy foam; At $14.88(w/ tip) for 2 coffees . . . not acceptable. Though the order-taker smiled & repeated back, “no foam”, the message never got to the barista - something’s not working - very disappointing.
Extremely disappointing customer service!!!!! My personal experience: the coffee was very good, but unfortunately the service was disappointing. The woman at the register treated me rudely and made me feel uncomfortable when I asked how to order a mocha coconut latte. I was simply asking a question, yet the interaction felt humiliating. On a positive note, the barista Tara was very kind and friendly.
