I am so grateful to find a quality mechanic shop with honest people. No games. I brought my car in, they immediately ran diagnostics, told me the issue and the price to fix it and when they could make the repairs. Just like they said the next day, for the price they quoted. Great friendly service.
Honest to the point of sending work away if it’s better for the customer. One time my transmission was under Chevy warranty (unknown to me), but Ulysses checked it out, told me his thoughts (which he was right on), what to say to Chevy, and said it should be covered there. Another time I was out of state and had an issue. He diagnosed over the phone and recommended I get it fixed at a local shop instead of trying to get it home to him. Most honest mechanic I’ve ever met. I’ve gone in several times for various issues. I would price check services and he’s always cheapest and I’ve never had a single issue with the work he’s done. Would highly recommend coming here for any issue you’re having with your car!
