Old Katy Car Care was excellent. I’ve been around the automotive/parts industry for years, and I can tell when a shop communicates well, follows through, and actually cares about the work. Ulysses and the crew treated my 1983 Ford F-250 diesel with respect, kept me updated, and got the brakes dialed in right. The truck drives great, the parking brake works properly, and the whole experience was professional from start to finish. Highly recommend.
I’ve been going here for years now. I have owned lots of vehicles and been to many different mechanics but Ulysses and his team at Old Katy Auto Care are the best I’ve ever experienced. They are knowledgeable, fair, transparent and thorough. They will address your issue quickly and do it right. All their customers are treated like family. I can’t recommend them enough!!!
