Rude and unprofessional
Hard no. Houses are barely standing and this old lady tried to flirt with me while looking at a property.
Unprofessional. I dont need to rent thru them to see what they are doing. DONT RENT THRU THEM..........
I just want to shout out Jamestown Reality that anytime I have had to call about an issue which I barely have them. They jump right on it right away swiftly sending who need to come out and get it fixed!! Just a recent issue I had they sent Mike the maintenance man whom I haven’t seen since I first moved in. ☺️ It was good to see him!! He came out did his thing and as always was so very nice professional and it was fixed swiftly and right! I was referred to this company through some trusted friends and when I say it’s a no for me it’s a hard NO!!! I haven’t even started the process yet and the unprofessionalism from the lady that answers the phone lets me know everything I need to know about this company.
