Ken is so incredibly knowledgeable about old houses and my time with him was a very good value as I move forward with restoration of my home.

I am in the process of restoring a turn-of-the-century Folk Victorian. I'm about to embark on a painting project, but was completely paralyzed with color choices and turned to Ken for help. He was super patient with me (I was sort of all over the place with yellows, greens, and eventually reds) and had really helpful feedback. Ken was great and helped me so much! He is so nice and patient and knows his stuff! I was so confused on all the color placement and picking the correct color for my 1893 carpenters Victorian but Ken helped me get it right! I highly recommend his services. Thanks again Ken!!
