Fully booked for 2024 A bit odd that I called and spoke with a receptionist for a while, who eventually said she needed to check with the team to see if they are taking new clients, and then to hear they are fully booked for 2024. Would recommend relaying to receptionist that no new clients are being accepts, and starting the call with: Are you a current client - if no, then we are fully booked for 2024 (no time wasted)
