My wife and I paid over 10k for a red leather couch, two chairs, and two ottomans, couple years ago. We purchased from Neumann Marcos and were told at the time "Lifetime Warranty". Fast forward to contacting Old Hickory and getting Teresa Nichols (4 calls later). Seems like a nice lady. however, being told "They don't advertise a warranty" and my 5 peeling leather pieces are worn. Robert, thank you for your note and we at OHT appreciate your comments, however, this is not a fair assessment and we want to clear things up. 1) You noted to us that you purchased these items from Nordstrom not Neiman Marcus 16 years ago; 2) As explained we would need see a copy of the original receipt which states "Lifetime Warranty" as we at OHT do not make those offers and if you have this information you would need to go back to the store where you purchased the items and have them apply the warranty; 3) As mentioned in... read more

As an admirer of things of beauty and character and as a person that has been in the high end furniture business for over 20 years I can honestly say OHT is and always has been my favorite. The quality is arguably the best in the country, the style is all its own but the people that make that engine run is the real story.
