Paid for a garage and have been waiting at month for delivery. I want my money returned.
I’m pretty disappointed with the service after buying multiple sheds from Old Hickory in Spanaway, WA!! I needed to have a shed relocated 3 weeks before my home closed and it took 2 weeks just to get a response. It was impossible to get the drivers to commit to a delivery date and I’m still waiting. Love the sheds, not so much the after sale service.
Complete nightmare! Worst company I have ever worked with. I don't even know where to start. The wrong shed was loaded for delivery, the delivery driver was rude and had no communication from or with the dealer. He forgot to collect payment. We were told to send a check to an address in TN and then told to cancel it they gave us the wrong address. We were then threatened they were repossessing it when they couldn't get us payment link. We we finally got someone that could take our account info they charged us twice and said ... read more

I bought my shed in York S.C. July of 2022. My shed was built in Statesville N.C. Size 8 X 16. I was informed by the delivery driver that my shed was NOT built by the Amish. Surprise! Delivery was on time. My shed was built taller than what I had ordered. Other than the extra headroom my shed was in good shape as delivered. I don't mind the extra height. My delivery driver set up my shed. His set up was poor and I had to add blocks to secure the building. I do not recommend Old Hickory because of their poor set up practices.... read more
