Went there to get a engine warning light looked at. They told me it would be $140 for a diagnostic. I asked if that would come off if I decided to have what they suggested done. They went and got a Karen looking manager lady that said "No, we don't work for free." I thought it was an odd and quite rude response, but I said no worries that I would take it somewhere else. This place is a joke…and their advertising….really…they took $1100+ from my nephew…they diagnosed a computer issue $500+…then was told a new Fob key was needed $300+…picked up car…it would only go 45 miles an hour…returned car…$160 for diagnosis…needs transmission…$4000+ was estimate (the value of car is less than the estimated transmission) while the phone salesperson was giving me the estimate he started talking to me about the front end…🙄
These guys are great at what they do! They are respectful, fast, and easy to work with. I recommend them for personal or fleet services!
Brought my 2023 Toyota Tacoma for scheduled maintenance. It was not only cheaper than the dealership, but faster and more friendly. I will be going there for all my automotive needs from now on.
