Do NOT visit the historic Old Hickory factory in Goodlettsville Tennessee. I needed a bat before my wood bat league game so took off work early on Friday to make it up there in time to buy one, as they are not open on weekends. I rushed and drove 1.5 hours one direction and made sure to get there 45 minutes within the closing time listed online. I had a bad experience with Old Hickory Bat Company. I was in need of a bat for my season coming up, so I had to rush order it. I ordered a Fully Custom Puck Knob J143, a 243 copy. When I got the bat the weighting was wrong, and the barrel was more shaped like a 271. Not happy, I reached out to see if I could return it for a refund to which they said "We don't do refunds on Custom Bats".
