Great Service! – Great Service, overall great insurance agency!! I have been a Old Heritage Client for 3 years and am very happy with the level of customer service I receive. With the help of the staff, I also was able to combine my home and auto insurance with the same company to save money. Great Rates and Awesome Service – I wouldn't usually review an insurance company, but Old Heritage Insurance Agency is EXCELLENT. I have had car insurance through them for 6 years now and have had the various issues here and there with my policies and needing to get paperwork, etc. from them. Without fail, they are very friendly, extremely fast and efficient, and generally just a pleasure to deal with - I never have to follow up to get things done, which is so refreshing in today's market
I have been with Old Heritage Insurance Agency for over 15 years and have never had a problem with them. Awesome Service and I have referrel my family and friends to Old Heritage Insurance.
Don't bother – I have to agree with the other two reviewers. They may be nice and everything on the phone but there is no follow up or follow through with them. For one single question, it takes numerous phone calls to get an answer. We are all busy and can't/don't want to waste time to chase something around. There are other comaponies with comparable price and a much better customer service out there.
Maybe I live in Bizarro World but... – I've never had anything but great customer service from the folks at Old Heritage. Whenever I call them for anything (which is often, as I've had an auto policy with them for 4 years and a renter's policy for the last year), they are always extremely helpful and promptly return my calls. I can't remember ever waiting more than an hour or two for a callback. Worst car insurance experience ever – A tree fell on my car while it was parked outside my house. It took a full week for Old Heritage to have an adjuster come to look at the car. He didn't tell me when he was coming as Danielle promised he would. Then Danielle wanted me to come to the office to sign some paper work as the car was totaled. The car was my only form of transportation and it took me about a week to get a friend to drive me there. When I got there they couldn't find my paperwork! Don't deal with them! – People who work there are genuinely bad people. They appear personable and prompt to help you at first until you sign to their policy and everything goes downhill from there. They raised my premium 35% after the first billing cycle without telling me. Every time I called, whoever I asked for was always "out of the office" and had to leave messages which were never returned.
