This is by far one of the most frustrating experiences I have had with a clinic/doctor's office. My child has been sick for weeks and the have pretty much refused to help. Since the issue is a continuation of a problem that has went on for the past 6 weeks I am even more frustrated because the response is constantly "Would you like to schedule an appointment?"
