It's weird to review a place that helped us in such a sad time, but they did such a good job with a hard thing that it feels right. Our 3 year old cat Linkin had a seizure in the middle of the night a couple of nights ago (his first ever). He stopped seizing and was resting so we decided to watch and wait. I came to Old Growth ER with my Friend for moral support. We unfortunately had to put her cat down. From the triage technician, to the helper, to the Doctor, everyone was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. I did not catch anyone’s name except for “Morgan” I believe But I just wanted to shout out all your staff. Morgan and staff were so heartfelt and I could tell so sincere. I am so happy I was there to witness such supportive staff for my best friends unfortunate day of event. Thank you from one cat lover to another.

I hope I don’t have to head your way again or at least for a long time; but if I did, I can confidently say our sweet boy woul... read more

I can’t say enough good things about the vets and the rest of the team at Old Growth. We brought our dog Fiona after a dog bite to her foot and even though they were clearly very busy and had plenty of more pressing situations to tend to, they still brought her back and made sure she had pain management while we waited. Everyone was so kind and patient throughout our entire experience, and were so understanding when it came time to discuss costs and our budget. The veterinarian was so honest, gentle, and kind when she explai... read more
