Unfortunately, I recently became acquainted with Old Growth when my pet had a scary medial emergency. They were kind, helpful and genuine. They went above and beyond, not just for me, but i heard them helping others apply for credit and fully understand their pet's care. My pet's eval and care plan were thoroughly explained. Old growth emergency vet was so compassionate when I had to bring my dog in for an emergency euthanasia. They were extremely professional, empathetic, and handled the situation with urgency. Although it was an extremely difficult visit the staff made it as pleasant as it could have been. They also were extremely affordable given the situation happened in the middle of the night. I will always be coming back to this hospital for my other pet emergencies in the future. Thank you for your professionalism and kindness.
I truly cannot say enough good things about Old Growth. They stepped in and helped my cat when we were going through an incredibly scary situation. After a neuter at my primary vet, my cat had complications related to the medications he was given. We then had a very upsetting experience at an emergency vet where I felt his condition wasn’t properly addressed. I really should have written a review months ago! But better late than never! The emergency team at Old Growth are amazing! We were first sent to this clinic back in July when my 13 yr old standard poodle, Aria BLOATED. We had gone to a big emergency clinic down the street from us and the didn’t have a surgeon on staff?? WHAT? I thought at that moment my girl was going to die and not because I didn’t act fast but because I didn’t have immediate access to a surgeon.
