They were really great with my boy zeus when he needed stitches and while taking them out as well!! Highly recomend for emergency 24 hr vet. Definitly more reasonable than the emergency vet in sumner in attitude and price.
We had to bring our dog, Sofia, to the emergency clinic after she suddenly became wobbly, lethargic, and vomited. It was understandably a very busy evening, but the staff triaged her promptly, monitored her closely, and continued to check on her while we waited. Thankfully, Sofia steadily improved over the next couple of hours. Top notch communicators, not only during our cat’s stay but also with follow-up. Transparent about pricing and provided several possible courses of action to choose from. The waiting area is comfortable with some drinks and snacks and a great kid’s play room as well. I was impressed with the kindness and promptness of everyone who works there.
Was very caring about our dog Clyde...the wait was long but worth it! Thank you for taking care of our furrrr baby.
I am very very disappointed and heartbroken by how they handled my cat’s neurological crisis. To start, I’ve been an emergency veterinary technician for several years so I knew the signs of a stroke or potential clot. My cat was diagnosed with high blood pressure, had a 4/6 murmur, and was prescribed enalapril in April by our primary vet, I also made them aware of that.
