These guys could easily be in the high end hotel industry with their incredible level of customer service. It was literally like dealing with the concierge from a 5 star hotel. They explained everything they were going to do and in a manner that was easy to understand for a person who does not deal with trees for a living (that would be me). We are extremely impressed with Old Growth Tree Service. They are knowledgeable and efficient. We had Cecelia and Aidan come spray our trees today. They gave us detailed information about pet protection and how long it would be before the trees dried so that we could resume regular activities. I highly recommend this company.
A+ experience from start to finish! Easy to get ahold of and talk through what treatments my trees were needing, the crew that showed up to do the work was courteous and professional and my trees are much happier! Highly recommend!
