They scammed me, they charged me $20 for the first month and I never authorized the automatic payment and for 3 months they have been charging me without my permission, and when I called to see why they were doing that they treated me very badly.
My car was damaged by the car wash. My exterior was scratched and the trim above my tire was ripped off. Lester lied and said the piece of trim they found in the wash was not mine. Walter said they would review the footage and get back to me and never did. They refused to return the piece of my car back to me (which was broken in half). This resulted in my having to call the police. Because there was a small scratch!! on my trim they told the officer there was pre-existing damage and would not be covering the repairs.
