They are con artists…I paid for an entire year up front ….almost $20,000, then they tried to do an immediate eviction. I also paid $3,500.00 on the home across from their office as a down payment of which after taking them to court I was awarded $15,000 back on the rental unit that I paid for upfront but never was paid back my $3,500 deposit on the house and I still haven’t heard from them even though it was court ordered to pay.
