Absolutely disgraceful experience with Brandon. Made an appointment through the app last week for my son. Appointment was confirmed via email and text that day, and again through text as a reminder morning of appointment. Show up at 10:58a for an 11am appointment to a dark locked shop. Look at phone to a text that say be right there. At 10:57a. My son and daughter and myself continue to wait outside for another 5-7 minutes. My son was able to get his hair cut as a walk in customer, even though it was busy in the shop. His hair looks fantastic! He's 13 and very reserved, and watching him check out his new cut with a smile on his face meant the world to me! Aesthestic of the shop is so clean and comfortable. I could have sat on that leather couch for HOURS, and I never sit down! Staff is super friendly and skilled in their craft. My Dad (RIP) was a Marine, and I know he'd be proud that we are supporting a local business owned by s Marine Veteran
