Owner is awesome ,place is very clean .and also one of the safest places to park a beautiful RV or any kind of nice equipment that you don't want. Nobody to steal or break into, perfect location

Advertised as "secure" gate has No lock. Was td when I rented spot that " electronic gate opener was to be installed SOON " never happened. Spent several weeks on the road with my rig only to find a broken down pickup in my space on return. Called mgt. and got voice mail. Left message. No return call for 3 hrs. Got fed up and canceled spot. Found a closer spot that IS secure for $ 10 less.
