So far so good still good and even better people great
Facility is relatively clean, it’s functional, well lit and the hvac is operational. Some cameras are broken. However, they are in the midst of adding storage units which is a plus. It’s “self serve” entry, and I don’t think I’ve really seen many other people here, employees or renters. But, it works for me. It’s also pretty cheep compared to what I’m used to in my hometown in Maryland (DC suburbs)
I would like to leave a commendation for Brandy, a customer service agent who was very helpful to us in helping us make a payment for our storage unit. We were in the ICU at UI hospital over Labor Day weekend and ran into a little difficulty making a payment over the phone. Brandy took care of the situation very quickly. It started when I bought my space. The locker I had reserved was already take. And I had to call someone to find a new one. They said they will call back but don’t know when,… for all I know I would been here for an hour or even more with a load not knowing what’s going on. Once we start moving in, no cameras were flashing meaning in use, one is dangling from its mount.
