Very professional over the phone, when I had an issue with my lock they fixed it that same following week, highly recommend this place!
Overall I have seen nothing hit diligence from this company !! I have received updates that show me that the owners of this storage facility, really care about keeping my belongings safe !
Customer service is amazing when I couldn't find my lot number due to a change in staffing and a miscommunication with maintenance they helped me find where I was looking for and noticed the error that needed fixed.
Keeps trying to charge me for a unit that I was never given access to. Customer service completely ignores my concerns.
