My experience at Old Foundry Storage has been very disappointing. The upstairs units advertised as “climate controlled” fluctuated from extremely hot in the summer (80s/90s) to very cold when temp drops, causing damage to some of my belongings. Despite multiple emails, the issue was not resolved. I also had concerns about security after an employee opened my unit door while I was inside “checking locks,” and later finding a stranger’s hat placed inside one of my items. Easy access! Never a disturbing moment! And, I guess, I lucked out! The storage unit I got, is very close from the unit to transportation out of there, as things are needed.
Facility is clean, it’s functional, well lit and the hvac is operational. They added new storage unit’s recently. This is a great deal on storage if you’re moving from a big city. Super affordable coming from DC.
Kind respectful people. Any issues are addressed immediately. Fairly priced.
Staff worked with us on holding the unit and was very friendly !
