Older community that looks nice but has sewer and drain issues. Sewage regularly backs up into units due to old infrastructure. So days with water off is common. Maintenance is unexperienced so things are repaired properly & the office doesn't respond to issues. Neighbors are friendly.
Great place to live. Very convenient for shopping and commuting. Nice swimming pool and social events
