I love the chili!
I purchased the Series 109 48" x 18" pot rack in oiled bronze. when it arrived the packaging was in bad shape with corresponding scratches on the rack. It was too difficult to try to find new packaging to return it and I decided to touch up the scratches. When I assembled the rack the paint popped off where the bolts were assembled and there were two nuts that had a dome top to hide the bolt end. One of those popped off as well.
