It has now been almost 2 months since I paid the balance that was caused by a system error. I was told that I would have an update by email or call in a few weeks and have not been updated. I am entitled to have my balance refunded as soon as possible. It is unfair for Old Dominion University to send a bill to collections, almost damage my naval career, have me pay it, and then not issue me a refund immediately. Absolutely unacceptable. I have an issue with my account and I have been on hold for a half hour now, after previously waiting a half an hour and opted to leave a message where I was informed there is no guarantee I will get a call back in a timely matter so I should go back to the office. I work during those times so that is not an option available to me.
