Absolutely unacceptable. I have an issue with my account and I have been on hold for a half hour now, after previously waiting a half an hour and opted to leave a message where I was informed there is no guarantee I will get a call back in a timely matter so I should go back to the office. I work during those times so that is not an option available to me. On hold for 40 mins, finally decided to choose the leave message option, the call went to an outsourced call center who promised the office would call me back. Never got a call back. Scheduled an appointment through the ODU website and chose the next available allotted time for 10:30-11 am, the day tuition was due, and received a confirmation email that a specialist would call me.
