Casie is very nonchalant while giving me information today. After pouring out my heart to her about needing my VA disbursement funds since I am not working, she gave me no helpful resources or recommendations. She said that I am not the only person in this situation. I said a mother of three, school full time and no job and she said, “yes’” so nonchalantly.
