They weren’t good. Over the phone they told my husband they didn’t need to know where the tank was as they’ve serviced the house before, they told him they would call him after the service was done for payment and they told him they wouldn’t need to ring the doorbell or for us to be home at all…. They rang our door 3 times (which was awful with a sleeping newborn), they asked where the pump was which my mother who was watching the newborn had no idea, they came back to tell her they found it, then they rang again asking for ... read more

Upon our first meeting, John was wonderful and communicated with me re: this job, I was told that I had a crack in 2/3 septic tanks (that was not mentioned during inspection or the last pump-out). He collected a down payment of 5k and came on a Sunday, in order to get started. After that, communication went down hill, took longer than the timeframe mentioned, portions of the pipes were sticking out of the ground and the ground was not power-raked for smoothness as promised.
