They kept trying to charge me $5000.00 which I had already paid and had receipts for but they said they couldn't find it in their system. I had to go back and find the statements where I paid. My husband passed away almost 3 months ago and they still haven't put the lettering on his crypt. I would think they would know how bad the grieving process is but I guess they don't care. Don't know who they hire for office personnel but am very dissappointed.
