This is the worst company ever. Some random person rear ended me 2 months ago and my insurance company has been chasing up and trying to get a hold of ANYONE at this place. They’re at fault, and they’re ignoring all calls, emails and faxes from myself and my major insurance company. Its simple, pay out. Not a good insurance company. I was a customer for a few years util my son get his drivers license. I ask them for a quote and they automatically put him on my insurance without my permission. He was not given and did not drive any of my cars at that time because I believe he was uninsured. I switch to a cheaper family plan with another insurance company when I receive a letter from them demanding payment for his "auto coverage" even thought I did not authorize it.
