I had a disappointing experience with Old Dominion Freight Line regarding a damaged freight shipment. ODFL handled both the original shipment to me and a follow-up shipment I arranged back to the supplier. The freight was picked up in perfect condition, which I documented with photos. Upon delivery, the receiving warehouse immediately identified visible damage. The ODFL driver was notified on-site and acknowledged the damage in their app before unloading. Very nice employees!
There own website gives a shipping time frame. According to there site from east coast to west should be a maximum of five days. Im currently at 14 days and my package is still in there 4 day shipping map.
