I had a disappointing experience with Old Dominion Freight Line regarding a damaged freight shipment. ODFL handled both the original shipment to me and a follow-up shipment I arranged back to the supplier. The freight was picked up in perfect condition, which I documented with photos. Upon delivery, the receiving warehouse immediately identified visible damage. The ODFL driver was notified on-site and acknowledged the damage in their app before unloading.
