I had to have a huge water trough shipped to an apartment building. It was an extremely unusual request but it was delivered on time and safely. The driver (Greg) was extremely nice and stayed in communication during delivery. I also had a call from the office and she was also very nice and took the time to make sure everything was in order for drop off.
Whoever uses this company would be a fool, they make more excuses about deliveries and pickups that I've ever heard Do not use Old Dominion try to find a shipping company that makes an effort to get the job done.
Absolutely the worst. They lie about their arrival estimates and don’t show up even when you have a scheduled delivery date with them. Do not do business with these people.
