Was not impressed. They did not seal any of my tile (did four rooms), did not add caulk where tile changed planes, did not provide quote for sealing tile after I was promised a quote, had the contractor have them fix marble in the shower multiple times during construction phase...overall I was not happy with their work. Always made excuses why they couldnt or didnt do something; instead of owning up to performing below industry standard or delivering below quality work.

They did a great job for us!. They took up the carpeting in 3 areas of our home and installed new oak flooring to match the existing 12 yr. old oak floors in the rest of the house. They perfectly matched the stain and applied 3 coats of polyurethane finish. On the last coat, they cleaned and lightly screened the old floors and then applied the poly. to all of the floors (old and new) assuring the gloss would be consistent over all. I dropped a floor plan off, and picked out a hardwood sample on my own. (Because the three of the four times I visited their showroom their was nobody their to help me) I left all the information their for a quote. Then I called three days later to verify that someone was working on the quote. These guys never returned my calls, and when I finally asked for the manager, he acted like I was asking too much for a timely return call.
