Can't even get them to answer the phone or return a message. It's been 3 days now and no returned phone call. Called at their normal business hours and got a vm and left a message with no type of response. Called again today, no answer. Horrible customer service.

Went in for an eye exam, came out with conjunctivitis. Worst establishment for vision ever.
Very busy little office. The front office personnel were busy, but always kind to those who were calling or walking in. Comfortable waiting area. And yes, I was there for 1.5 hours, but I didn’t wait more than 15 minutes before being taken to the exam room to start the process of a comprehensive exam. It takes that long to have drops administered and all the tests done. Dr. Edwards was very thorough and personable! Grade A experience.
Complete disregard for their customer’s time….after 1 hr 45 minutes I gave up. Most disgruntled waiting room I’ve ever been in. Shame on you.
