I have been dealing with Old Dominion Eye Care since October 2025. It is the end of March and they have not resolved my eye issue. Would not recommend this Eye care center.

Can't even get them to answer the phone or return a message. It's been 3 days now and no returned phone call. Called at their normal business hours and got a vm and left a message with no type of response. Called again today, no answer. Horrible customer service.
Great eye care! Love the doctors here. Thank you so much. My family and I will be back again soon.
Went in for an eye exam, came out with conjunctivitis. Worst establishment for vision ever.
