I was extremely disappointed in this companies business practices. Their quote was bogus and the report was completely made up. When talking with others, I understand this company is known to target older people in the earthquake zones and show them films of chimneys to convince them of damage that needs to be repaired - films that were not even that customers chimney. I would steer very clear of these people.
