These people have had my car since Oct 1 and have been giving me the run around since theyve had my car. I spoke with ******* on 11/8 and she told me they were ordering parts and my car should be done in a week. The last person I spoke to was ***** on 11/22 and she said they didnt order the parts and she was waiting on the check from the insurance company. My vehicle arrived at old dixie in august. My car was kept there for almost 2 months. They would ignore my calls and lie about arrival of parts and timeliness of the insurance company payment (***** was extremely efficient). When I finally got the vehicle back, I took it on a major roadway and 2 minutes into my drive, my splash shield dropped out from the bottom of my vehicle. They "forgot" to bolt it back in.
