An independent small dinner, right off US1. Plenty of parking and zero wait time to be seated. Overall a great breakfast experience. I would make two critiques. I had a Western Omelette. The presentation was nice and the eggs were prepared excellently. However, the vegetables were a little under cooked for my taste. Secondly, my side was grits, which were outstanding, except for the lack of seasoning. That was easily remedied by adding salt myself.
