Specialties: We offer two float trips at Old Cove Canoe both start up stream and float back to your car. The Short float is 4.5 miles. The long float is 9.5 miles and last 5-6 hours minimum and must arrive before 11:00am. We have plenty of gravel bars and bluffs to enjoy along the way. This is a perfect place for family float trips. We’ve been two years in a row now. The staff is friendly and organized. Highly recommend to other families that want to start those memories with their kids. We did the short float and it was perfect for a day trip.
We had a great float! Customer service was awesome! They have everything very organized and easy for their floaters. We will be back for sure!
We took our 10 yr. old grandson kayaking. It was his first time in a kayak. He and grandpa were in a tandem and grandma was in a single. We all enjoyed it thoroughly. Daryll and his team treated us like we were special. Will definitely be heading back.
We love Old Cove Canoe and Kayak!! They are very accommodating and make the experience stress free. The stretch of river we kayak is beautiful.
