One of the best float outfitters that we have been to in the last 10 years! Staff was friendly and helpful. Easy and organized check-in. Quick turn-around to get on the bus and down to the river. Lots of staff available and attentive to assist getting into the river and exiting the river at the end of the day. We are bookmarking this business to use again for our future float trips!

Darrell runs a fantastic business! Very helpful, polite and a very smooth clean operation. Even helped me carry my stuff to and from the river. I highly recommend anyone who wants a great float experience to use Old Cove!

I think this was our 8th year of taking youth group students canoeing at Old Cove and it is my favorite event of the year! We have done the long trip (9.5 miles) every time and it has been such a great experience. Darryl is so great to work with, helping us out with last minute changes or questions, and the rest of the staff is super friendly and welcoming! We love canoeing here!

Trip was wonderful and the staff was really nice! There are a LOT of jet boats flying down this river so be careful bringing young ones but it’s very fun to ride those waves in a kayak!
