The doctor is super friendly. He answered all my questions patiently. Both my wife and myself are very happy that we found a pediatrician that we trust. The office is a little hard to find on the busy OCR, but with Google Maps you can't miss it.
Staff and doctors are arrogant. They refused to give a record of my daughter’s vaccination. In this era of ‘tap pay’ they Only accepts cash ? and blame patients for not paying. Not at all recommended. Doesn’t deserve a single star either.
I had made an appointment for my son Richard's physical exam on 04/04/2022, and I brought him to the office on time. However, Dr. Charles L. Bruzzone informed us that the office had made a mistake and he did not have time to perform the physical exam that day. He suggested we make another appointment.
